  5. Co-ordination with managements, subcontractor’s, Architects & Engineers and get the work done. 
  6. Subcontractor and vender management, Preparations of bills & payments.
  7. Project management & team co-ordination, preparing detail project report, MPR, develop knowledge-based management portal.
  8. Preparation financial and technical documents for internal, external as well as world bank audit teams.
  9. Preparation of as built drawings, final bills, handing over documents.
