I am a qualified IT enthusiastic with more than 3 years of invaluable practical experience in L1 and L2 support with a concentration on the Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. My work consisted in provision of support mainly user provisioning and Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) but also base knowledge in Okta FastPass providing secure access to various applications and systems with ease.

I have handled various authentication challenges since then including logon failure situations and multi-layered SSO setups amongst others without failure and while observing the laid down measures of support quality and security. The skills of effectively finding solutions to problems I face and working with diverse teams helps in striving towards providing user-friendly solutions even when time is of the essence.

On a personal level, I enjoy working in technology to facilitate better security and smoother user experiences. And I am really looking forward to further prospects for growth within this IAM space and contributions toward innovative identity solutions.
