I also design and implement Employee Engagement programs and initiatives that foster a positive and productive work culture. My mission is to support the growth and development of the organization and its people, by aligning the HR strategies with the business goals and values.

I hold a BBA degree and have completed my MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
