From my college days only started working with corporate professionals so grab the idea how corporate works and build mutual relationship. Coming to projects I'm involved in learning and believes that everything in learning teaches you a new lesson. I have started my career as consultant from college only,joined home credit India as HRBP were she was managing a team of 2 HRs under her.then joined Eureka Forbes as an HR Generalist were I was into employee entire life cycle management.After a decade I choose to join a startup and my main journey started in Peacock Solar as a startup build various dept in HRs, Marketing and Tech dept and mentored more then 2000+ candidates in ascepts of various dept. Along with that with my team support decided to open a new venture and named as Blitz Jobs, Blitz jobs is well know growing startup which is specialised in providing startup and MNCs the best candidates in 6 working days and other HR Solution.

Being a young enthusiastic person who is ready to accept challenges and believes time is the best chakra which teaches everyone so the best is one who adopts changes frequently.
