Evaluating documents for eligibility of Cenvat credit and genuineness of the documents
o Handling issuance of Sales Tax Form like BC, C Form, Form A as per the case with proper
documentation

o Played a vital role in introducing New Bill Passing System for the management which helped
in reducing almost 19 steps (out of 43 steps) as well as 21x8 man hours per day
o Steered efforts in implementing online entries which helped in reducing 6x8 man hours in
finished goods transfer
o Served as Super User — ERP System (Oracle)
o Successfully bagged Golden Trophy for entire unit in 2010 in surprise AIB Audit (American
Institute of Backers). The Audit follows very strict food safety norms.
o Merit of providing timely report to the customer, which help in customer satisfaction as well
as controlling in Product losses and find out opportunities to improve profit.

Savings of Rs. 69 lacs ($ 86,000) per annum in UHT FG Stores. (till continued)
Achived 400 kl FG handling and transfer in same manpower (earlier it was 200 kl)
Handling newly introduced Warehouse Management System efficiently.
Reduced 19 Steps in Bill Passing System - 6 X 8 Man hours Savings.
Reduced FGTV timing with accuracy — earlier it was 5 to 8 days, and now it’s a online FGTV
system with excise gate pass & WMS System.
o Online system implemented in Various sections of UHT, like Concentrate, Ingredients,
Packaging Material, etc.
o We have trained unionized partners for online data entry and it is successfully implemented,
i.e. Material receipt, issue, Online rejection & production return — lot wise done by
unionized partners in oracle R 12 system.
o Handled Audits for Various customers.
o Handled SNB Audit (Tropicana / PepsiCo) for UHT Production successfully, with success of
one Gold and two Silver grades.
