In my current role as the Manager Procurement and Logistics at Selco Foundation, I have led the technical procurement for various solar project components, machines, construction materials, and services. I have successfully prepared and managed contract agreements for services, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements. Additionally, I have managed projects and provided system design expertise for solar energy storage solutions. Throughout my tenure, I have handled the tendering process, including design, publishing, opening and closing, as well as technical and financial evaluation. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of procurement best practices and effective vendor management.

I am proud to have successfully completed major projects, such as solar powering of health subcenters in Meghalaya, primary health centers under Covid support in Odisha, and livelihood training centers in Guwahati. Furthermore, I have played a key role in the technical designs for the construction of a 100-bed ICU hospital for Covid relief. My achievements include implementing ERP Next for procurement processes, developing trackers for purchase orders and agreements, and establishing mechanisms to ensure timely execution of agreements.

During my tenure as a Service Manager at Alpha Tech Energy Solutions India Private Limited, I gained valuable experience in post-sales activities, fault analysis, warranty claims management, and providing comprehensive service and product training. I successfully managed a team of service engineers and oversaw data management and inventory control processes. I played a vital role in implementing the SAP system and Salesforce, contributing to improved operational efficiency and customer service excellence
