Designer, Developer and Tester, Wipro Technologies (MasterCard) Sept 2020 – Present

1.  Analysis & Design:
   • Analyzed the code and created the pseudo form of code in the Confluence page as per the story requirement.
   • Documented environment/Setup related issues and respective solutions to help fresher’s or colleagues to overcome them.
2.  Development:
   • Developed the code using UNIX, and C/C++ for about 15 stories in one of the MasterCard Payment types.
   • Developed a new function to upgrade the card payment, which created a new transaction flow in MasterCard.
   • Accountable for payments to receive data from Acquirer and route the response back to the Issuer.
   • Wrote Unit test cases for around 30 functions to satisfy the Sonar Scan in Bit Bucket.
3.  Testing:
   • Created the Test Plan and Test data for more than 50 stories, which covers all the possible combinations.
   • Tested the flow of transactions using numerous logics for various types of functionalities, in order to avoid production issues.
   • Done Regression testing multiple times for many functional changes in the code in different releases.
   • Performed a unique type of regression testing for one of the functions successfully which is not known by any other person on my Team.
4.  Support:
   • Resolved defects and escalated tickets for different types of transaction flows for various countries.
   • Helped production testers in validating the functionality flow for nearly 300 test cases.
   • Gave Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions to fresher’s and colleagues to understand the transaction flow.
