Laboratory, has responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and function of the laboratory and performance of calibration activities of the laboratory by following established procedures and methods and utilizing laboratory’s calibration with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards and General requirements of the competence of testing and calibration Laboratories.

Calibrating Temperature Gauge, Vacuum, Thermocouples, Thermometers, in Dead Weight Machine, Fluke and Metrology well equipment’s / instruction according to Standard procedures and methods. Calibrating Pressure Leak Tester (used for flight wing factory) with ISO 17025:2017 standard procedure with uncertainty calculations.
Recording and producing complete calibration results including uncertainty of measurement by system and manually.
Doing Internal Audit and Prepare Main Audit with Quality Manager with technically and also records as well. Print the system Reports as Monitored keep and Maintain as Record each and Every day.
Doing Preventive maintenance as per the Procedure and Quality manual and keep records. Implementing good housekeeping and Inspect every week.
Reviewing Calibration Certificates and Signed with Seal and Attaching Calibration labels to the items calibrated.
Diagnosed, repaired and calibrated pressure gauge, level transmitters, flow transmitters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensor and control valves.
Calibrating the tools and equipment used for material testing in different industries.
Preparing inspection reports, repair reports, non-calibration slips and out-of-tolerance with Certificate and maintained records perfectly day to day.
Creating recommendations to the Quality Manager that will improve any aspect of the calibration activities and Calibrating and maintaining laboratory working standards and measuring instruments. Informing Quality Manager about non-conforming calibration work.
Assisting the Quality Manager in preparing laboratory-developed calibration procedures and methods.
Assisting the administrative assistant in receiving calibration items from the customers. Observing safety in every aspect of work in the laboratory and on-site calibration.
