I have nearly +26 years of rich experience in the field of telecommunications, including sales, operations, project delivery, and customer care. The foundation of my career is in sales, where I have consistently delivered outstanding performance. Subsequently, I transitioned to engineering, network, and project portfolios, ultimately moving into management. I have worked with top companies such as Hutchison Max, Hutch (now Vodafone), and Nokia, which are part of the Fortune 500.

I am also well-acquainted with East African countries, including Zambia, Malawi, Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania, where I have successfully delivered results. I am  confident in my ability to excel in various roles, including sales, projects, project rollout, and operations, and I possess the capabilities necessary for successful delivery. I am committed to developing both the brand and sales by putting forth my utmost effort to achieve our goals and expand our footprint.

My current position is General Manager with one of the Tanzanian companies, where I oversee end-to-end activities of the organization, including Business Development, Budgeting, Operations, Project Delivery, and Customer Communication.

I take pride in being resourceful, detail-oriented, and dependable. I enjoy creating well-organized systems that help teams succeed and maintain a positive, professional atmosphere in the workplace.
