I am currently an Assistant Manager at Sharma Automotive Pvt. Ltd (Bajaj 3-Wheeler dealership), where I oversee HR, administration, and organizational functions.

I hold a Master of Science in Nanotechnology-Applied Physics and am currently pursuing an Executive MBA to further enhance my leadership and management skills. 

I have worked as an Assistant Manager at Sharma Bajaj, Motor Insurance Consultant and advisor at Cholamandalam and GoDigit and interned at R&D, Adani Renewables.

With a formal Science research background and multiple management internships, you will see from my resume that along with being a recent postgraduate student of Nanotechnology - Material Science (Applied Physics), fluent in theory as well as practical in-lab research experience of almost two years, I am also in final semester of my Executive MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai.

I have 2 research papers under review and 4 thesis on independent subjects. Pursuing MBA gave me an insights into functionality of organizations at macroeconomic corporate scale to nourish my management skills alongside my professional experience. Certificate courses and online workshops on Programing, Statistical Studies, Data Science and Analytics during the uncertainty of pandemic only increased my competencies.
