"Hello, my name is Manish Maggoo, and I bring over a decade of diverse experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership. I've had the privilege of working with industry-leading clients like Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks, and Expedia, supporting them in hiring top-tier talent across technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and DevOps.

Currently, I’m working as a Team Lead / Lead Recruiter at SpectraForce, where I am doing hands-on recruitment and also mentoring junior recruiters. My previous role at Collabera/Ascendion saw me lead a team delivering on strategic accounts, earning recognitions like the 'President's Club Award' and the 'Upcoming Lead Award.'

During that time, I took an initiative to create Hotbook pipeline program to streamline the talent pool which was successful and I got appreciation.

Outside of work, I enjoy learning about new technologies, playing badminton, and exploring music and travel.

I'm currently exploring new opportunities where I can contribute to impactful recruitment strategies and continue growing in a dynamic environment. I want to learn more, grow more and serve more to an reputed org like yours. I want to prove myself as a valuable asset.
