Brokerage, Logistics/ Distribution, Warehousing, Contract Logistics and Consultancy.
Responsibilities: -
⮚ Overseas Payables & Receivables
- Preparation of Consolidated ( PAN India) MIS Reports regarding the Payables & 
Receivables for the month.
- Reconciling the Agents statements with our records.
- Preparation of Remittance documents as required by the bank.
- Payable & Receivable entries in the ERP ( E-Trans )
- Responsible for recovery of Receivables from Overseas Agents.
- Liasioning with the Bank for credits of inward remittances.
⮚ BRS
⮚ MIS related to overseas remittance ( Inward & Outward )
Additional Responsibilities: -
⮚ Handling Petty Cash, in the absence of the Cashier 
⮚ Preparation of Bank Payments and cheques.
⮚ Reconciliation of IOU statements, on need basis.
