o Executive various administrative tasks, including calendar management, Scheduling meetings, appointments,
conference, town halls, events and arranging travel arrangements (Domestic & International).

Submission of expense reports and other correspondence documents.
o Follow attainable project timelines and keep teams on task to complete the milestone according to schedule.
o Preparing MOM of all discussed items in the meetings and incorporate into reports and circulating to stakeholders and
follow up for action plan completion.
o Managing BPU/DOA Headcount metrics reports to the managements on monthly basis.
o Nominated as Business Continuity Planning Pilot for the division. Responsibilities involves Emergency Management,
Disaster Recovery, Crisis communication, Facilities Management, Health and Safety, Security, Mass Absentee Planning
o Coordinate with the stakeholders to address and mitigate identified gaps for co-ordination of the Risk Management
group.
o Monitor and reports on the progress of BC Projects.
o Maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to Business Continuity, Cris Readiness, response,
operation security, Travel Risk Management, and safety Health program management.
o Planning and facilitation, collection, assets of the division.
o Responsible for divisional training materials, tracking status and filing of all training material as per company standards.
o Generate reports from the tool and analyses the metrics analyses, Data cleaning, Data validation and prepare reports
summarize the weekly and monthly synthesis to the management and PMO.
o Hands on making dashboards, reporting and analysis and provide synthesis for ongoing projects to stakeholders.
o Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and Power Point presentations
performing routine data entry operation
o Provide support to all data analysis and coordinate with departments and internal team.
o Prioritize business needs and work closely with management and stakeholders and information needs
o Handling Workload and Workforce such as RODIS, Data entries for PRP tool and providing monthly WLWF reports to
HODs at divisional level.
o Handling SAP generation of Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Payments
o Handling ‘Rewards and Recognition’ Monthly Award at divisional level
o Supporting the PMO projects on behalf of the managers and information collected and consolidated and take it forward
to PMO.
o Coordinating IT spoc for the division and provide support in regard to IT.
o Supporting the team for raising Service Now tickets and follow-up with action completion.
