Manjunath Shettigar

Dr M Manjunath Shettigar is an academic with over 3 decades of experience in higher education, as a professor and researcher, and has taught Management subjects/Economics at all levels. He has worked with multiple business schools such as Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Bangalore, Christ University, Bangalore, AIMS, Bangalore, ICICI-Manipal Academy for Banking and Insurance, Bangalore and School of Business Studies, Bangalore University, Bangalore. 
His areas of specialization/interest include Business Strategy, Economics, International Business, Corporate Governance/Business Ethics/CSR & Sustainability, and Leadership Development, in addition to an avid interest in Indian economic problems and public policy issues. 
He was a University rank holder in PG, had been awarded UGC Research Fellowship (based on NET - JRF), was an ICSSR Research Fellow at Institute for Social & Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore, and was a Visiting Fellow at Center of Advanced Study, University of Bombay. 
He has good many publications and presentations to his credit and nurtures an active interest in corporate/ public affairs.
Dr Shettigar is always glad to interact/collaborate with people, institutions and corporate bodies on academic, research and business initiatives/ projects.
He is a staunch believer in humanistic philosophy and global oneness of humanity, apart from having a deep admiration for the virtues of market economy.
