• Experience in preparing RPA life cycle documents like SDD (Solution Design Document), SIT/UAT Scripts, Release Notes, Hyper-care Transition plan, Operational Run Book, Object library.
• Working knowledge on Process studio, Control Room, Scheduling, work queues, Change request, Bug Fixes, Process enhancement
• Used Excel Macro VBA for complex SharePoint List automation.
