Over 31 years of combat leadership, HRM, administrative and security experience in Defence having directly led a team of about 300 officers and soldiers. Responsibilities include key functions at a senior level : Leadership, operational and strategic planning, Counter insurgency operations including social work, project management, networking & collaboration and management of a technical project. Core strengths are knowledge of CSR sector, empathy, people development, team building, relationships, work across geographies, data management, multitasking, delegation  and innovative approach to create win – win solutions to social issues. Emphasis on HRM including healthy interpersonal  relations, teamwork and creating conducive ambience. Active cooperation maintained with Govt depts, police and other civil agencies.

Battery Commander Assam 2004-2007   Successfully commanded troops in intense counter insurgency environment. Executed several social projects which improved people’s perception of the Army and helped in re-establishment of Indian civil administration in the area.
