Manushri has played the role of Product Owner where she has implemented product vision and product development with a clear focus on customer and end-user needs. She is skilled at developing Product Roadmaps and driving products and features from ideation to launch in a fast-paced environment to solve business problems.
She has worked with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
She has extensively worked in an Agile environment and continuously reviewed the business needs, refined priorities, outlined milestones and deliverables to identify opportunities and risks. As a Product Owner, Manushri partners with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization, measure and monitor progress of the product development and highlight issues impacting delivery, develop, own, and execute product roadmap.

Manushri has the ability to define and measure product success metrics and turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer. She works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.

As a Product Owner, her job also demands her to translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria, prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders, for which Manushri leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
She is also involved in the enablement of product management, marketing, technology and sales for new feature launches, developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

Manushri is both CPSO and POPM certified with deep knowledge of Agile and SAFe practices.
