I am highly motivated and result oriented social worker with 25 years of experience in  Conceptualizing and developing human needs centered strategy and accomplished  executing the same in the non profit sector.I have a proven track record of sucess in delivering high quality projects on time within the budget .I am genuine therefore i don't have a competition.

By training I am an anthropologist ,started serving as Research Assistant for Ministry of social justice and empowerment ,landed in the non profit sector started as a Documentation officer for an AIDS project ,then worked with Panchayat leaders in 120 villages to evolve micro plans for education ,followed by which i got elected by my peers as Bridging World Emerging Leader in 2003 and served as representative from India to represent second line leadership in the non profit in the US ,returned and identified social innovators at Ashoka Innovators and later moved to work with Indian Insititute of Technology for the rural services,helped rural youth to start their own non profits and run professionally ,then moved to Great Nicobar islands to do an intervention during post tsunami and eventually worked in Habitat for Humanity where i started my stint as a fund raiser and continued in the same role in Vibha Inc in the last 9 years where my primary role is to work with the Government of different states identify the needs and raise resources for pilot projects in the space of education.
