I am a dedicated development professional with over eight years of experience in program implementation, media advocacy, and social welfare specifically within the Bihar development sector. Currently serving as the State Coordinator (Innovation & Knowledge) at the Centre for Advocacy and Research (CFAR), I manage complex health and media advocacy programs in collaboration with the Bihar Health Society, ICDS, and Jeevika. My journey is defined by a commitment to ensuring that birth does not determine destiny, a mission I support through strategic program management, stakeholder liaison with government bodies, and the mentorship of local leads. Fluent in Hindi and Magahi, I combine deep local context with a strong academic foundation in Journalism and my current pursuit of a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) to drive sustainable innovation. My work has been recognized for "Positive Writing" by the Bihar AIDS Control Society, highlighting my ability to craft narratives that foster genuine social change.

My educational background provides a strong theoretical and practical foundation for driving sustainable development and social innovation. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) to further deepen my impact in the sector. Additionally, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, which has equipped me with the skills to craft narratives that foster social change—an expertise recognized by the Bihar AIDS Control Society for "Positive Writing".
