I have over 10 years of progressive experience in the food industry, specializing in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Process Optimization. My background includes working across central kitchens, restaurants, food manufacturing units, and packaged food industries.

I have strong expertise in conducting food safety audits, managing HACCP and ISO-FSMS documentation, developing SOPs, monitoring GMP & hygiene, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance. My roles have also involved menu costing, vendor audits, pest control oversight, and end-to-end quality management—from raw materials to finished products.
