My work has involved handling all stages, from establishing farmer groups and preparing project proposals to securing approvals, overseeing construction, purchasing machinery, processing agricultural produce, and selling it through both B2B and B2C channels. I have also worked with the Women's Economic Development Corporation, providing capacity-building training to women in Self-Help Groups, preparing necessary documents for various schemes, developing their Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and assisting with bank loans. Currently, I am working on the World Bank-funded SMART Project, which involves setting up food processing units for farmer-producer companies and providing them with marketing support.
