I am an experienced CSR & Community Development professional with 8 years of experience in designing, monitoring and implementing small scale and large-scale developmental projects to cater issues and strengthen communities to bring sustainable changes. I have intensive experience in stakeholder management, relationship building, coordinating with NGO’s, grassroot level organizations and networks. I have designed various campaigns focusing children education, child rights, women empowerment, gender-based violence & youth engagement. I am skilled in drafting reports, case studies, monitoring and analysis, presentations. I have handled teams, Government liaisoning, Facilitation, Organizational Development, Recruitment and Capacity building. I have worked with Foundations and International Organizations where I got the opportunity to work with diverse teams and enhance my skills and abilities to work well with people and implement programs. 

1. Program Officer Campaign at Arthik Anusandha Kendra in Uttar Pradesh | 30th Dec 2022 to 30th Jun 2023

This project was from Oxfam Great Britain in which my role was to Plan and prepare the Project on Education & Health services strengthening through intensive activities and policy consultation at State level.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Planning and budgeting of action plan with organization district team and CSO’s regarding education & health.
• Coordinate in conducting studies on RTE norms through surveys on significant indicators to assess the status of RTE compliance.
• Plan and prepared out of school children identification survey and report to identify kids and mainstream them to government schools with support of Education Department.
• Assist district teams in planning activities for sample schools regarding child parliament, school management committee and professional learning communities for teachers.
• Conduct capacity building training for field workers.
• Coordinate with education and health forums at state level to raise issues on grievances (20 districts). 

1. Cluster Program Officer- Advocacy & Programs at Oxfam India in Uttar Pradesh| 23rd Aug 2021 to 29th Dec 2022

The program was implemented intensively in 4 district of Uttar Pradesh and I was the line manager for Program activities in these 4 districts along with State level advocacy and policy influencing campaigning with CBOs from 20 to 30 districts. 

Roles & Responsibilities performed-

• Provided program support at State and District level through regular visits and undertake direct implementation, project monitoring, evaluation including financial evaluation.
• Liaison with district officials, public representatives, civil society organizations at blocks, district and state levels in support of programmatic and organizational objectives.
• Identify filed workers and volunteers to work with the organization.
• Organized capacity building sessions for CSO’s, Government staff, Oxfam team, community members and other stakeholders of relevance. 
• Support HR in recruiting community mobilizers and volunteers to run campaign and program.
• Relationship built with like-minded organization/ individuals (30 CBOs) relevant to the program, including networks and alliances, movements of marginalized groups.

1. Program Leader at Piramal Foundation/ Kaivalya Education Foundation

Project- Aspirational Districts Transformation Program- NITI Aayog, Balrampur & Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh | 20th Feb 2017 to 30th Nov 2020

This was a CSR initiative of Piramal group where I was working as a Program lead in designing and implementation of the Aspirational District Transformation project focused on Education and Youth empowerment. 

Roles & Responsibilities performed-

• Strategy Planning with District officials (District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Education Officer, Block Education Officer, etc.) for improvement indicators set by NITI Aayog; with special focus on student learning outcomes.
• Workshop Planning for teachers and middle managers to Capacity build them as coaches & Leaders to strengthen school process and pedagogy in collaboration with DIET.
• To conduct & participate in review meetings with Education Department and District Administration for project planning and review.
• Facilitated Middle Managers during meetings or workshops upon content created by Piramal Foundation & District Education Department.
• Capacity building of middle managers in the role of coaches and enable them as supportive supervisors. 
• Prepared monthly progress report to exhibit interventions and impact of the program.
• Coaching and mentoring a batch of 8 Gandhi fellows upon Knowledge, Skills and Mindsets towards self-awareness.

1. Social Worker at Developmental Initiatives for Advancement

New Delhi, India | 18th May 2015 to 31st Jan 2017

• Plan and implement library installation activities and child collective strategy formation in government schools.
• Attend monthly review meetings alongside Program Manager to present activities in front of district authorities
• Plan child rights and safeguarding workshops for teachers and communities.
• Prepare IEC materials regarding Child Rights and Protection of Children from sexual offences, and its display in Schools.
• Capacity building of School management committee on their roles and responsibility to ensure no children is left out of school.
• Prepare case studies and reports to record the program development.
• Documented the activities under the project and report sharing was done with the funders on a monthly basis.

1. Center Coordinator at Digital Empowerment Foundation, Alwar, Rajasthan, India|14th June 2014 to 14th May2015

The project was an initiative of Ministry of Minority affairs where my role was to implement the program for the minority community in Alwar Rajasthan.

Roles & Responsibilities performed-

• Connected with government & non-government bodies to plan and implement the activities at District level and share project updates with the Minority Officer of the District.
• Monitored the project and facilitated centers (4 centers at different locations in Alwar) upon its daily activities and functionality.
• Planned series of workshop on ICT tools for women in collaboration with Google in the district and covered more than 2000 females from schools, colleges and rural locations.
• Documented and compiled progress reports to the organization and stakeholders.
• Conducted monthly meetings with internal team relating to orientation, capacity building, review and budgeting.

1. Counselor at AROH Foundation, New Delhi, India| 14th Dec 2012 to 4th May 2013

This was a CSR initiative by GAIL India where I was responsible to work with Children, Women and Youths in the slums of Delhi.

Roles & Responsibilities performed-

• Conducted community sensitization sessions to access safe potable water, safe sanitation practices (toilet usage and promoting hygienic household environment).
• Conducting workshop session on WASH practices in schools including demonstration of hand wash practices.
• Monitoring of Non formal education centers and assist the Project coordinator in planning, budgeting of activities.
• Prepared reports of the activities and present it to supervisors.
• Documentation of case studies and success stories of the project.
