Roles and Responsibilities :

• Good knowledge of Construction & Fabrication projects related to Mechanical and Piping works in Oil and Gas/Refinery.

ØManaging official visit to companies on explanation of the work regarding; Instructions of materials usage on the job; Inspection on the fit up, welded, sand blasted and painted parts; Documentation over entire project due delivery.

• Follow product specification and quality control measures, 

Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory.

• Design and implement cost-reduction change, maximize productivity of machinery and workers.

• Determine which machines, tools equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility.

• Determine how many workers are needed to man the production line. Train, Supervise, and manage Production line workers. Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality.
• Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desire result.

• Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently. Educate employees on proper methods in which to operate machinery.

• Work within set budgetary plans for the project, communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and/ or equipment needed.

• Good familiar with welding parameters, Procedure Qualification Report (PQR), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and technical procedures.

• Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desire result.

• Good communication and organization skill, highly motivated, and team oriented.

    Ø  Control of Projects design and shop drawing.

           Good knowledge of Construction & Fabrication projects 

         related to Mechanical and Steel and Steel Structure. 

                              
    ØDevelops operational schedules and coordinates  

       manufacturing Activities to ensure production and quality of  

       products meet Specification.

  ØInforming the design manager for any complications faced 

    during predation of drawings. 

ØMonitor site preparation and installation as per planning engineer     

ØPreparing quantities take off for monthly reports.

ØQualification test in accordance with ASME and Qualification test

  Including tension guided bend test hardness test for the qualification Accordance with ASME

ØPrepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets

specifications.

ØResponsibility for monitoring the daily work activities.

ØMarketing for company products in order to increase sales and profit.

ØControlling of relationship between site and factory.

ØCollaborates with the customer service and sales departments to 

    Identify and resolve quality concerns.

ØSupervise operations ensuring all work is performing accurately

    And according to quality and safety standards.

ØMonitor welder performance and welding activity to ensure that 

   work is being carried out in accordance with approve welding 

   procedure.

ØManaging AUTOCAD drawing preparation regarding trucks requirement.

ØHandling Dump truck, Cargo body, Water tank, Diesel tank, Steel Tripper, Car carrier, Vacuum Tank, Flat Bed Assembly on requirement basis.

ØTaking care of Trailors like flatbed, Vacuum Tank, Dump Tripper, Low Bed, Cement Bulker, Diesel and Water Tank Assembly on Saudi road rules.
