I am a Social Development Consultant, passionate about the work that involves making a difference in the life of people less fortunate than myself. My work in this sector over the past 27 years, both at grass root level as well as at the management level, has helped me to gather a microscopic, at the same time broader perspective of the work involved in this sector. I have worked with NGOs, Corporates, funding agencies, and consulting organisations, in various capacities, learning and contributing to the Development ecosystem. My expertise is in conceptualising a program, strategizing implementation, program execution, team management, monitoring and evaluation.
