  • Plan productions in factory considering approvals, fabric/trims/accessories procurement
  • Cost effective execution of orders through line balancing, minimum WIP, using appropriate machines/attachments
  • Trouble shoots daily issues in consultation with merchandising manager

  • Appraise prevalent production system / process, identify loopholes and undertake result oriented measures for alleviating problems
  • Implement inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, keep tab on slow-moving items and achieve reduction in inventory management cost
  • Undertake incoming material inspection for fabric / trims at entry level to reduce cost of rejection of the material supplied as well as reduce production losses

  • Ensuring correct requirements in terms of making, specifications and fabric / trims through Pre Production Meeting and trial run approvals
  • Periodic audits of manufacturing processes, its analysis and close loping of action plans through corrective and preventative action
