• Rich experience in Managing, planning, scheduling and implementing maintenance opertation of Rotating/Static equipment in the Petroleum Refineries, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plants and Chemical Industries.
• Adroit in heading overall Maintenance operations in the plant with a view to enhancing efficiency,eliminating obsolescence and achieving cost reduction through vendor development, curbing rework & rejection, materials management and inventory control.

• Coordintate all the maintenance activities together with the Divistion  Manager and all other teams as required. Coordinate daily schedules with maintenance Engineer, supervisor and operations Supervisor and ensure that a complete planning package is attached to the work order. 
• Manage and Lead a multi-disciplined maintenance and engineering team, Executing plans & schedules for maintenance operations with focus on optimum utilisation of manpower and material. Coordinating troubleshooting & breakdown/ preventive/ predictive/ shutdown maintenance for curbing downtime to a minimum level. 
• Effective development and implementation of Operations and Maintenance Procedures
• Providing Technical and Maintenance information support related to periodic and Major Maintenance work, Planning, Rotating/Static equipment condition monitoring, failure analysis,Plant Modifications, New Projects, Spare Parts control, evaluation of Maintenance performance, equipment availability, maintenance cost, participates in preparing the section’s budget and daily organizing the work orders through Maximo System, 
• Demonstrated excellence in executing cost saving techniques/ measures to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and working within the budget and developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, thus leading to business efficiency & excellence.
• Able to handle independently end-to-end complete scope management deliverable related to a large scale /size Oil & Gas industry (e.g. refinery, petrochemical etc.) shutdowns /turnarounds. Able to handle complete list of work during a plan shutdown /turnaround
• Prepare and finalize the commissioning strategy of the project and assure implementation throughout the entire project life. For specific topic, such as planning, involving high level of expertise, the Commissioning Manager operates in co-ordination with the Construction Manager and the Project Management & Control (PMC) Manager. Carry out HSE and technical audits and inspections as directed by Project Manager.
• Executing projects in a time bound manner with various project related activities such as understanding and finalization of project details, installation and commissioning of the equipment, and completion of the task as per timelines specified
• Familiar with SAP-PM,MM, CMMS (MAXIMO), MS Access Database along with other MS Office applications, ERP Tool.
• Familiar with use of various standards used in petrochemical industries like ASME, API etc.
