HEAD CASHIER CUM WHOLE SALE TRADE
➢ Making LPOs for Shop Items Requirement with GP.
➢ Follow up with Purchase Department for Approve the LPO.
➢ Follow up with Vendors/Suppliers for the Delivery of 
Materials/Items to ensure timely delivery at Shop.
➢ Check all the formalities related to incoming items such as 
Invoice, Purchase Order, etc.,
➢ Ensure materials/Items is checked for adequacy as 
Manufacturing Date& Expiry Date, Damage, If Frozen ItemsMeans check the Frequency of Celsius.
➢ Ensure Receiving Items matching LPO and Invoice and 
Prepare MRN invoice Payment section with GP.
➢ If any Damage, Exp Date is Found at the time of Receiving 
or At the time of Physical Checking. Make Goods Return 
Voucher (GRV) with GP. And Send it to for Accounts 
Section for Debit the Amount with Supplier.
➢ Sending Attendance Report to HR team.
➢ Work with RMS if any complaints or Not Scanning items at 
Cash POS Machine. And Clarify the Problem.
➢ Visit Our 3 branches and taking Z Report at th time cash 
closing on daily basis and Sending Daily Cash Report to 
Accounts Section for Verification of Daily and Monthly sales
