I have a total of 12 years of experience in the IT Industry, Technical Solution, customer service & Business Analyst. I have broad range of knowledge in computer & system proficiencies with technical analytical abilities. 

I started my career as ServiceDesk engineer with 3i-Infotech working on computer hardware & software related issues. Later I excelled my career as a Lead ServiceDesk Engineer at Capgemini. At Capgemini I used to handle operations, team building, planning & supervision. I was SPOC for major incident management, escalation management & problem management. I was responsible to present SLA reports weekly, monthly yearly & also team performance evaluation reports. I also served as a trainer & mentor for Global ServiceDesk. Later I got an opportunity to work with Anunta Technology joined as an Assistant manager. My major role was about Transition management. I used to redefine the existing process as per client requirement. The role was about initial contracting, knowledge acquisition & knowledge transfer. So in 3 years I did 3 projects. Two of them were about cloud computing products VM Ware & Citrix desktop support functions & IT service management. And the last one was about application support & business processing of loan products. The client was L&T finance. My job was to facilitate stable system environment with a minimum downtime and service outage of the system and application. Working with CAB (Change Advisory Board) for review and approval on high-risk changes in the client’s infrastructure. Prepare & maintain vulnerability tracker. 
Minimizing production issues by ensuring permanent fixes are received from vendor and deployed on
production post proper UAT and sign offs. 
Managed & supported LOS & LMS application and the various API and Digital integrations done with the help of internal applications and external partners, for smooth and stable experience during the entire life cycle of the loan. 

Currently I work with Synechron for TransAmerica account at employee benefits BU. Working as an implementation specialist. Where I support business processing of Insurance products. So here I work closely with the Insurance Agents, the underwriting team, account management staff, the contracting team & billing team. I work on all express plans. Express plans are those plans which have default eligibilities for a guaranty issue or conditional guaranty issue. I also do account works on AWD tool. AWD tool is a tool just like Jira where task is created complete then assigned to other parties then they assign to other team till closure. Then we use a tool called EIS where in we have all the information regarding the employer & product selected for their employees. So my job was to create & configure product parameters. Also I take requirements on any changes process flow or any updation or features of application. I take all the requirements to the development team & discuss the feasibility & TAT for work to be completed. Prepare Gantt charts to update the same to the client. Once the work is done it goes through the quality & testing phase then is come to me for the UAT. Then we have a review meeting with client after that it is proposed for production. 

I am a Prince2 Agile certified & Scrum Master certified; I have extensive knowledge in excel & powerpoint also have used SQL, Tableau  & Visio on my previous projects for data extraction, representation & evaluation purposes.
