I’m a final year BBA student with a minor in Psychology, passionate about Human Resources. My academic background and extracurricular experiences have deepened my understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics, which I aim to apply in key HR functions such as recruitment, employee support, and training.

Human Resource Intern – RINL (Visakhapatnam Steel Plant) (May 2025 – June 2025) • Conducted a study on Employee Engagement focusing on Quality Circles, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Designed and administered a survey to 100 employees to assess engagement and its impact on motivation, teamwork, and skill development.
• Assisted in compiling performance data for LQC and Kaizen teams for annual recognition and awards.
• Prepared project documentation and insights on the role of engagement in organizational effectiveness.
