Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and Costing

• Design and Costing of On-Grid and Off-Grid PV Systems.
• Complete Electrical Design and Calculation of Off -Grid & On-Grid systems which includes System Proposal Design and Electrical Single Line Diagram.
• Design support for the fabrication materials.
• Advising the purchasing department on tooling, product purchase & cost control.

Production

• Involved in product design and production of small components of PV System AJB, ACDB, DCDB, SCB with Complete Electrical design of Solar System
• Control and maintain the design standard of the products.
• Inspect the finished Sample product & approve for Mass Production.
• Responsible for monthly production Target Vs achievement report to Management.
• Checking quality for inward materials.
• Involved in creating new product process.
• Establishments of manufacturing process at vendor places.

Installation & Commissioning

• Can supervise complete Installation of Roof Top Solar Systems and Ground Mounted Solar Systems and also NET Metering Process.
• Providing technical advice and direction to both external customers and internal engineering functions. 
• Solving problems at Commissioning Site through phone calls, video calls and remote monitoring.
• Responsible for all customer service inquiries and calibration services for Meters.
• Visiting clients to conduct trial installations, offer technical expertise and solutions.
• Safety Induction, Risk Assessment, Fire and fire extinguishers training.
• Establishing good customer relationship.

• Roof Top On-Grid and Off-Grid System all over the India from 1KW to 200KW.
• TEDA and MNRE Scheme Roof -Top On-Grid Solar System Installations.
• 50KW On-Grid System for VENUS HOME APPLICATIONS.
• 60KW On-Grid System for TEKMAK Chennai – Tamil Nadu, India.
• 2MW Project at Aruppukottai, Madurai – Tamil Nadu, India.
• 8MW Project at Avinashi, Coimbatore – Tamil Nadu, India.
• 5.3MW Project at Coimbatore – Tamil Nadu, India.
