This is Mohammed Niyas, Centre Manager and Senior Physiotherapist in Sparrc. I have 5 years experience in managing healthcare clinic and as a Physiotherapist.

As a centre manager, I run daily operations, team management, overall P&L management, budget and expense management.

I'm responsible for Generating leads, Follow up and conversion of leads from webchat online or refferels, also handling client escalation, problem solving, feedback, review, testimonials.

 Helping HR and training team in recruitment and training of new staffs, working with management on expanding the Company and introduction new services.
