With GENERAL NURSING DIPLOMA from SEA COLLEGE OF NURSING , BANGALORE with  ADVANCE CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT &BASIC LIFE SUPPORT from American Heart Association   and over 17 + years of experience Intensive care unit ,Intensive coronary care unit, Medical ICU, Neuro –surgery, ICU -  Emergency ,and also 6 years of experience in Administration .  I am confident in my ability to become a valuable asset to your distinguished team.

In my current position as the DEPUTY NURSING SUPERINDENTENT @ YATHARTH WELLNESS Hospital Greater Noida ,oversee all administrative and personnel matters and am instrumental in assisting with the successful transformation and expansion of various departments as project leader, I manage and supervise all personnel and oversee recruitment,purchase, making SOP’s , making hand books for employees ,installing machines, designing of ICU,WARD OT etc , operations and finance. My position in the hospital has provided me with opportunities to develop and refine my communications, interpersonal, leadership, teaching skills, time management, and problem solving skills that enable me to successfully direct and lead diverse groups of personnel with different backgrounds and personalities.

Furthermore, having worked in the medical field since 2007, I posse’s in-depth knowledge of the daily operations and  treatment facilities. My strong attribute includes community relations, patient care and management, patient and family support, in-service training, decision making and problem solving.
