Currently employed at Movate, where I am responsible for overseeing an Aruba Networks (HPE) focused project within the RMA, Supply Chain, and Customer Support division.

My key responsibilities include:

1. Managing RMA escalations and onsite cases, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
2. Efficiently processing critical orders within designated SLAs utilizing Salesforce Lightning.
3. Effectively handling backlogs to maintain operational efficiency.
4. Proactively maintaining communication with partners and end customers, ensuring timely follow-ups to address their needs and concerns.
