- Reconcile and evaluate output reports to ensure all inputs are processed according to guidelines.
- Create Bank File and GL Reports for further submission.
- Create client-related payment elements, deduction elements, and ER Cost elements in the Unity tool.
- Maintain the GL process in Unity.
- Provide international payroll services as a global payroll specialist.
- Maintain internal documents, payroll checklists, and audit documents.
- Utilize tools for input file upload, including CHRIS and Specific.
- Use Arthur, Arthur Management tool, Unity, Zendesk, Cerebro, SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol), and Global Unity for output file management.
- Manage queues for Global Business Service and Supply Chain Management.
Education
MBA in Finance: Acquired advanced knowledge in financial management, investment analysis, corporate finance, and strategic financial planning. Developed skills in financial modeling, risk management, and financial decision-making processes, preparing for leadership roles in finance.
B.Com (Hons) in Accounting and Finance: Gained comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and financial analysis. Enhanced analytical and quantitative skills, providing a solid foundation for pursuing advanced studies and careers in finance and accounting.
