My responsibilities and duties as a life insurance sales and marketing professional were oriented towards identifying and contacting potential clients to sell life insurance policies.I had to assess clients' financial situations, goals, and needs to recommend suitable policies.I had to clearly explain them the policies features, benefits, and terms and then provide them with quotes and complete the applications form by submitting them to the office.Finally after the application is processed successfully then I had to deliver the policies to the clients, explaining policy details and answering questions.
I also had the responsibility to conduct various personal research and team research to identify trends, competition's and potential clients.Campaigns was also a part of my job as to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote my products.I also had to make sure that I build and maintain the company's brand image and reputation.Following that I also had to work on generating leads through various marketing channels, such as social media, email, events , cold calling ,warm calling as well . I also had to support sales agents and brokers, helping them to close deals.
Apart from all the mentioned duties above I also had to do Administrative duties as well such as
Record Keeping and Maintaining accurate records of sales, client interactions, and policy details. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.Regularly reporting and providing regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities. I had to participate in ongoing training and development to learn and improve my sales and marketing skills.I also had to give training to my fellow juniors and agents .I also had to arrange team meetings to elevate our sales goal and also brainstorm new ideas to increase productivity in team sales as well as overall branch sales . Building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients was my first priority and by providing excellent customer service I was able to make them take other insurance products as well.I am a team player and I have always believed in collaborating with colleagues, agents, and brokers to achieve my sales and marketing goals.I am very communicative which helps me effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear understanding of policies, procedures, and expectations.I have meet or exceed sales targets, expanding the company's customer base and revenue for which I was awarded with a certificate by the company as well .Lastly I ensure high customer satisfaction ratings, building trust and loyalty with my company and clients, which eventually helps in promoting and market the company in a more positive light .
