I have worked for Infosys Ltd. for almost 8 years on outlook administration, exchange server administration and exchange online administration(worked in messaging and collaboration teams)! I have worked on ticketing tools like HPSM and Service Now. I am ITIL certified, MS-900 certified and PL-900 certified. I have served almost clients from all over the world like EMEA, APAC and US regions on phone, Skype, mail, taking remote sessions of the users.Have worked on incident and service requests in service now and hpsm ticketing tools. Apart from this, I have basic knowledge on LDAP, fundamental python programming, active directory administration, windows administration, power platform fundamentals, exchange server administration and exchange online administration.

I have done by Btech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering branch with 81% in VIIT, Visakhapatnam.

I have done by intermediate with an aggregate of 94% Narayana college, Visakhapatnam.

I have done my schooling in Delhi Public School, Visakhapatnam CBSE with 93%(one of the toppers in the tenth board exams and a subject topper with full marks).
