I have more than 30 years of experience in rubber research and product development worked as Head of a rubber development centre under Industries Department, Government of Kerala, India. Further, worked for US Laboratory called Akron Rubber Development Laboratory as Quality Manager. Published research papers in peer reviewed Journals and offered service as a Referee of research publications in International Journals. Rubber formula construction, Rubber Compound Development, Rubber Product Development, Rubber Product Quality Management & Industrial Problem Solving are the main areas of interest.
