Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sample Receiving, Rejection, sample handling and acknowledgement on LIS..
• Capable of performing various lab Tests.
• Sample loading and running the requested assays.
• Daily maintenance of instrument, weekly maintenance of instrument.
• Keep the instrument and surrounding clean
• Monitor for proper performance and documentation of instrument Calibration and Maintenance.
• Check QC data with station operators and follow up on out range QC data.
• Monitoring the turnaround time (TAT) of different tests.
• Checking the QC of different tests where it is applicable.
• Maintain smooth workflow during shift.
• Maintain the log book for the equipment under care.
• Check and verify results, as per verification policy.
• Perform internal and external quality control (National and RIQAS) of the various analyzers of our laboratory to ensure the accuracy and precision of the analysis.
