I am an Indian. I have one year Diploma in Teaching Yoga. I have two years experience in teaching Yoga. I have been practising yoga in personal life for the last 20 years. I can teach various aasana (yoga postures) and philosophy of yoga.Presently I am working as a yoga trainer/ instructor at various government schools and yoga programmes under the local self governments.

I have 30 years  experience as a school and college teacher, both in India and abroad,which I think, would be more  beneficial to the students.
