An engineering professional with more than 30 years of experience including 17 years in the middle east, specialization in MEP projects design, execution and construction management, seeking assignment at Senior level in a reputed building construction firm in the Middle east or in Delhi NCR.

• Possess in depth experience in the field of electro mechanical public works in the engineering, procurement, & construction of projects.
• Proven capabilities with high competency as EPC contractor, managing electro-mechanical projects, specifically turnkey projects in Electro-mechanical works consisting of electrical building services, heating, ventilation & air conditioning, plumbing, public health, firefighting, ELV & other specialized systems.
• Sound knowledge of air conditioning, project management and safety, focusing on environmental health and safety. 
• Expertise in plumbing and Fire Fighting principles, and the electrical/electronic controls applied to MEP services.
• Competency in Building Automation Controls.
• Technical coordination and establishing and maintaining quality standards.
• Initiating, planning, and implementing process improvement strategies in construction science and management of the construction processes.
• Proven strength in analysis and design of construction systems and skill in solving engineering problems.
• Motivating the team, leading by example and delivering results as per set project objectives.
• Ability to work efficiently in demanding work environments and meet deadlines.
