* Overseeing the preparation of Financial Accounts and MIS Reports. The MIS Reports will
involve a detailed analysis of financial performance and variances (if any) from budgets/estimates.
* Implementation Finance Modules of ERP system, Accounting systems, Setting up of finance & back-office accounting team, Accounting Systmes Policies & Procedures, Project Costing,
Cost reduction techniques, Indian GAAP accounting.
* Monitoring and supervising the Finance & Accounts related activities performed by the team Achieving cost-effective working capital and long-term fund requirement, contract compliance, receivables, deposits, disbursements, payroll, fixed assets and inventory for the organization and its subsidiaries.
* Responsible for overseeing complex and substantial corporate actions of the listed entities
including managing shareholders Meetings, Board and Committee Meetings.
* Steered finance & control operations including stakeholder engagements, analytical reviews,
revenue and expense analysis, sales analysis & planning and management reporting
* Managing cash flows and float available with the company on a dynamic basis.
* Review and take ownership of the underlying Financial Statements of the company, lead the statutory audit finalization and handling routine monthly, quarterly and annual compliance including Internal Audit, Cost Audit, etc.
* Complying with all statutory regulations applicable for the respective companies
* Vetting of existing and new commercial arrangement from accounting and tax compliance viewpoint; constantly reviewing existing processes to bring in efficiency and process improvements.
* Representing company before banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, auditors & regulators.
* Impeccable record of planning and executing statutory audit accounting services for clients and directing large audit teams exercising compliance with audit manual, auditing standards and legal regulation
* Monitored compliance with statutory authorities for taxation, preparing and submitting all tax declarations and documentation in line with local legislation and laws, especially monthly GST, TDS, Advance Tax, returns filing on due dates. Liaise with external, internal, and statutory auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of financials
* Successfully managing fund accounting operations across diversified industries; hands-on experience in team management activities right from new recruit on boarding, performance monitoring and defining team KPIs while generating MIS reports & Cash flow for the senior management on day-to-day basis
* Provided advisory to clients capital markets and financial advisory services amongst others including full range of investment banking services including underwriting, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and recapitalization
