• Actively involved in the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Data / Network Centers using Workgroup, SUN Solaris & AS/400 Servers with Gigabit Datacom equipment with Layer3 Functionality, Fiber Backbones, Firewalls, IDS, Content Filtering & Virus Protection Appliances.
• Designed and implemented a Wide area Data/Voice communication network for the upcoming Remote Offices. Active participation in selecting network service provider and liaison with various government agencies.
• Was a core member in ITSM Process Deployment initiative for defining & implementation processes as per IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Guidelines & Work books for BS15000 Certification for ITC. 
• Formulating plans and budgets pertaining to IT Services in line with overall business goals, maintaining co-coordinating with vendors and service providers for ensuring seamless delivery of IT support to the organization.
