Having 21 years’ of Gulf experience in welding inspection, Non-destructive testing, internal inspection of vessels, exchangers, filters and columns, corrosion survey, on-stream inspection ,inspection of LNG,Condensate,Pressure testing of valves & PSV’s.  and water storage tank and documentation in the field of refineries, gas plants, fertilizers, petrochemicals, oil platforms, tanks and fabrication yards.

Good practical and theoretical knowledge in the interpretation of drawings, evaluating procedures, studying the requirements and making recommendations, good working knowledge of international codes, specifications and QA/QC procedures.

Reviewing of inspection and testing plan, Quality control procedure for fabrication, welding, NDT, PWHT, Hydro testing and including test pack and final dossier.

Familiar with various welding processes like SMAW, SAW, GTAW and FCAW.

Familiar with international codes and standards such as ASME /ANSI, ASTM, AWS, DEP and API.

Interpretation of RT films, Evaluation of VT, MT, PT, UT and witnessing of destructive testing of specimens

Supervision of PM fabrication, painting and insulation programs and other PM related activities.
