 Responsible for managing and monitoring a team of inspectors, site supervisors &NDE
Technicians advising them all technical aspects related to various project.
 Key role in WELDER QUALIFICATION TEST& NDE.
  Observe all procedures and highlighting technical issues to Project team.
 Instrumental in implementing quality work procedures across all sites ensuring HSE policies are implemented across the
site while closely monitoring daily site work and reporting non-conformities.
 Accountable for reviewing the ITP&QCPs.
 Preparing ISO DOCUMENTATION with Quality depth focus (welding inspection record, quality issue record ,CAPA
record ,DPT record ,pickling record , PH value record painting record ,UT & RT records)
 Instrumental in liaising with the client QA/QC personnel and third party inspectors for various site inspections.
 Accountable for conducting regular inspection of material delivered to the site to ensure quality deliverables to the
clients.
 Instrumental in maintaining amiable relations with project team as well as client by meeting them on a regular basis.
 Responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing and directing work along with maintaining QC documentation and
reviewing test packs.
