I am a Mechanical Engineer with a 4 years of experience in supply chain management and innovations management. Currently pursuing MBA in finance and supply chain analytics. Looking to global roles in management related to projects as well as supply chain. Also I keep keen interest in events management and co-ordination, social media management.

With a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4 years of experience in manufacturing operations. As an Innovation and Technology Executive at HUL, my experience in this role has helped me develop strong leadership skills, having successfully managed 12 factories across the country. Also, I have honed my analytical skills which enabled me in capacity planning and network planning and managing on time delivery with world class DBNR and DOH. During my stint I was able to deliver 14% volume growth without any interruption. Besides, my knowledge and management skills in launching timely networks would be an addition for this role. Apart from this I have worked on multiple projects related to OEE improvements, manpower optimisation, Automation, digital manufacturing, Cost savings projects, quality improvement. My strengths lie in my innovative mindset, ability to solve complex problems, and effective management of people and resources. 

My previous stint as a Manufacturing Executive  provided me with an opportunity to manage a manufacturing unit and direct handling of 200 blue collar employees. This has majorly added to develop my skills in field of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality control, TPM, world class manufacturing, industrial safety, maintenance and supply planning. With the skills and experience I am sure I will be able to contribute my best to your organization.
