Technical accountabilities:

1. Coordinating and producing bid, proposal and report documents.
2. Support the enhancement of Entura’s ability to prepare and deliver bids.
3. Manage the tools and resources for bid inputs.
4. Ensure technical correctness, accuracy, quality, value and timeliness of work undertaken by self.
5. Manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
6. Organise work and time allocation to always achieve client, team expectations.

People Accountabilities
o Participating as a team member in the Bid Optimisation team discussions and meetings as well as the broader Sales and Marketing team;
o Undertaking appropriate professional development opportunities; and
o Sharing skills and knowledge across teams to build capability.
