Issuing purchase order/requisition, amending the PO as per build requirements and performing root- cause analysis for PO related issues.

Accountable to meet global material targets for GMNA PPO builds.

Liaising between the dock team and the supplier to get the receipt and invoice issues resolved and further work on PO closure for supplier payment.

Reducing the PO quantities for the canceled requirements by constantly monitoring the build schedules in order to have optimum inventory and also to reduce scrap costs.

Maintaining and monitoring the inventory levels to suffice the upcoming builds.

Coordinating with the design release engineers, build flow coordinators, program material leads, logistic team, purchasing team and suppliers to ensure optimum material availability at the build floor.

Proficient in performing Parts follow up, Material management, resolving pricing and receipt issues, material disbursements and providing seamless customer service.

Effectively handled different job roles at PPO and was responsible for Material availability for automobile parts 

Organizing meetings with suppliers to ensure material availability for the builds. Also creating Supplier score cards to monitor their performance.

B.Tech Automobile Engineering completed in 2021 with 6.63 CPI. After that I came accross through SAP by myself and completed my SAP certification in ECC and S4 HANA both in Oct 2021 in MM module.
