 DUTIES:  

Managing DHL Logistics IT infrastructure and operations across country offices.  Manage and lead team of fifteen IT engineers for day-to-day support to the business units aligned to the global IT strategy and technology roadmap.  Handling global VIP, senior management & regional directors for any request, issue and assistance require.  Establish objectives for the team, based on overall organizational goals, and develop plans to achieve it.
 Managing end to end delivery to global and local applications rollout.  Collaborate with departments throughout the organization to plan and implement projects or initiatives.  Manage IT systems and services to ensure its meeting business requirements and mitigate potential issues.  Drive compliance across organization for review & correction of agreements, SLA and SOW as per MSA.  Maintain IT budget by closely monitoring OPEX - CAPEX to procure and complete projects as planned timeline.  Designing and execution of local SOPs to compile with global standards and policies.  Responsible to conduct internal audit for QMS and EMS for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards and coordinating with global auditors for IT infrastructure security audit.  Managing locally hosted servers network infrastructure by coordinating with service providers.  Review IT infrastructure- Antivirus, patching and coordinate with service provider BT for network management.  Manage contracts cost effectively and build good relationships with local suppliers of IT accessories.  Managing internet ILL, PRI telephony system, VoIP connectivity for all offices.  Involve in disaster recovery plan preparation and other infrastructure upgrade activities and communicating outage/emergency activities to all users.  Manage Payroll and attendance system, Boardrooms, Audio conferencing, CCTV, Access control systems.  Coordinate in designing, development, testing, and implementation of all India network refreshment projects.  Managing DHL all India IT inventory life cycle in Service now.  Managing asset procurement and disposal – sell-out by coordinating with internet Admin, Security & HR Teams.  Conduct periodic reviews with all service providers for SLA and service improvement and present same to internal management.
