Niranjani Seethapathy

Hi, I am Niranjani Seethapathy from India. I am a very passionate, hardworking, positive thinker, proactive, and go-getter person in my profession.  I have completed a Master's in Physiotherapy and Masters's in Healthcare Management. I have a total of 18 yrs experience. Currently, I am heading a 120 bedded Hospital for Children and Women and have a proven track record of achieving the top line (budget ) with 30 % positive EBITDA. This is possible only with God's grace and teamwork. I believe in teamwork and working with my colleagues. During my tenure under my leadership, we were able to achieve many accolades like the IHFDubai award - Bronze, Best Hospital in Tamil Nadu, and many more. I always look for scope for improvement and challenges in whatever I do and ensure that we compile to the set process. I have very good interpersonal relationships and I am also a  good listener and excellent communication both verbal and written.

My family, I am married, I  have two kids My Husband works as a teacher and we are a God-fearing family.
