Food Technologist offering 4.5 years of positive industry experience. Well- versed in product scale up and food product formulation. Looking to be a part of a scientific research domain that feeds my skills and allows me to learn, grow, and challenge myself as a professional while contributing efficiently to the organization's vision.

Currently working as Assistant Manager-Product Development & Process Improvement  in Symega Food Ingredients Limited.My role includes:

• Product development in wet category (sauces, emulsions and dips).
• Product scale up and commercialization. Conduct Internal audit.
• Benchmarking, analyzing and matching market samples as per customer requirement.
• Working closely with B-B customers (YUM, Burger King, Dominos) on project briefs.

Prior to that i was working in McCormick India as product development technologist.

I have completed my masters in Food Plant Operations and Management from National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management in 2018.
